PRIVACY POLICY
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. Our email newsletter, information required to complete a sale and other information we collect as part of our customer service are not shared with anyone outside of those involved in customer service and delivery operations.

We do work with credit card companies, postal services and other organizations that require us to provide your delivery address and other data we collect, but only as part of our work to get you products you have ordered.  We will not sell
your personally identifiable information to anyone.

SECURITY POLICY
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets
Layer (SSL) encryption is the industry standard and among the best software
available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal
information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot
be read over the internet.”  We have partnered with Authorize.net as our secure payment gateway for credit card transactions.

REFUND POLICY
When you purchase a ticket from us we reserve a space for you at our table.  That involves purchasing perishable foods from local vendors, and saving a space for you in order to ensure the quality of our food and dining experience.
Consequently we cannot refund ticket prices.  ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL
