We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not collect or monitor personally identifiable information when you visit our site. If you make an on-line purchase, we only collect the information you enter in order to fill the order, deliver the product and follow up to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Smith-Berry Winery Security Policy

We employ the industry standard encryption methods between your computer and our web site using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption through our web hosting service.  Credit Card Transactions are further encrypted through TLS (Transport Layer Security) using SecureSubmit technology.  These systems encrypt all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet

No credit card information is stored at www.smithberrywinery.com. 

Smith-Berry Winery Refund Policy:

Merchandise purchased (except wine) can be returned for a refund within 5 days of purchase.  All wine sales are final.  Event tickets purchased are non-refundable.  We make food purchase decisions based on ticket sales for events and concerts so our cost is non-recoverable.  If you have questions about any purchase, please call us at 502-845-7091

Smith-Berry Winery Shipping Policy

Tickets are sold on “will call” bases and are held for the purchaser at check in for events.  Your email receipt can serve as proof of purchase.

We do not sell or ship wine products through our web site. If you would like to have our wine shipped to you, please call our Tasting Room 502-845-7091
